Mandisa Glover, a singer known for her Christian music and who was a contender on "American Idol," has died at 47 years old. She won a Grammy in 2013 for her album 'Overcomer'. Her agent shared that she was tracked down dead in her home in Nashville, Tennessee. The specific reason for her passing isn't known at this point.


Mandisa Glover, whose complete name was Mandisa Lynn Hundley, was brought into the world close to Sacramento, California. She grew up singing in chapel and became popular subsequent to contending on "American Idol" in 2006, where she completed 10th. Indeed, even the show's host, Ryan Seacrest, lauded her soul.
